The Step 1 tool is the first tool used in the EZ Polish System.  The step 1 tool grinds the floor to create a uniform surface to polish.  This tool is used in conjunction with Green Cut to rapidly remove surface scratches and reducing the need for multiple steps while profiling the floor.

Coverage Rate: 60,000-80,000 square feet

1) Saturate surface with water and keep the floor wet
2) Apply EZ Green Cut to the wet floor and begin grinding with Tool #1
3) Keep the slurry in front of the grinding path. The slurry should be of the consistency of wet foam, not paste.

The Step 2 tool is the second tool used in the EZ Polish System.  The step 2 tool is used to hone the floor and begin the polishing process.  This tool is used wet in conjunction with EZ Green Cut to help refine the floor.

Coverage Rate: 7,000-10,000 square feet

1) After cutting floor with step 1 tool and EZ Green Cut change tooling to step 2 tool.
2) Reuse leftover wet slurry from step 1 tool, if needed apply a small additional amount of Green Cut.
3) Keep the slurry in front of the grinding path.  The slurry should be the consistency of wet foam, not paste.
4) Ensure to thoroughly cut the floor with the step 2 tool to ensure a uniform floor.

The Step 3 tool is the final tooling step involved in the EZ Polish System.  The step 3 tool polishes the floor and removes any remaining scratches.  This tool improves the floor clarity and eliminates the need for multiple grinding steps.  This tool gives your concrete floors an impressive shine.

1) After cutting the floor with step 2 tool, ensure to thoroughly clean entire floor with an autoscrubber
2) Densify the floor using EZ Densifier and a microfiber pad
3) Allow EZ Densifier to completely dry before proceeding, after the floor has dried cut the floor with the step 3 tool dry
4) Ensure to thoroughly cut the entire floor to create a uniform polish
